Returns & Exchanges
7-day window
Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached.
Size exchanges
Wrong size? We'll swap it for another size in the same style, subject to stock. Exchanges are free once per order — you cover the return shipping.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email support@tsr55.com with your order number and photos. We cover shipping both ways and replace it immediately.
Non-returnable
Custom-printed, personalised and clearance items are final sale unless faulty.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
