Acceptance of terms
By browsing or ordering from Tee Shirt Republic you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Products and pricing
Product details, availability and prices are published live from our store system and may change without notice. We work hard to display colours accurately, though screens can vary slightly.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or if we detect fraudulent activity.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the carrier. Free nationwide delivery applies on qualifying orders of 2–6 products.
Returns and exchanges
Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Sale items and custom prints are final sale unless faulty.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos and content on this site belong to Tee Shirt Republic and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this site. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
